Pet Policy
From doggy biscuits and baggies to fresh water at the clubhouse, we offer loads of pup-related perks.
- Animals such as ferrets, snakes and other reptiles, rabbits and some birds are not allowed on the community’s premise.
- A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment are allowed with a non-refundable pet fee.
- A one time $300 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $150.00 non-refundable pet fee for the second pet is due prior to move-in.
- Assistive animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the above criteria.
Rental Criteria : The following dog breeds are not allowed: American Bull Terrier aka Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terriers, and mixed breeds that include one of the listed restricted breeds.
