Pet Policy
From doggy biscuits, to baggies and fresh water at the clubhouse, take advantage of the benefits of our pet-friendly community.
- Animals such as ferrets, snakes and other reptiles, rabbits and some birds are not allowed on the community’s premise.
- A maximum of two (2) pets per apartment are allowed.
- A $100.00 (non-refundable fee) plus a $100 refundable deposit, per pet is due prior to move-in.
- A monthly pet fee/rent of $35.00 per pet will be charged.
- Pet waste removal charge of $250.00 per occurrence if found not disposing of pet waste properly.
- Assistive animals are not considered pets and are not subject to the above criteria.
- The following dog breeds are not allowed: American Bull Terrier aka Pit Bull, Chow, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terriers and mixed breeds that include one of the listed restricted breeds.
