  • Please note that some categories are not open to new vendors at this time. For example, in the U.S., these include appliance sales and rentals, maintenance supplies, flooring, paint supplies, office supplies, utility billing, resident and employee screening services, collections services, payroll services, copier sales and leasing, brochures, signage and marketing tools.

Getting started is easy.

  • Becoming a Registered Vendor Member of Notivus Starts with 3 Easy Steps:
    1. Gather the following current credentialing documents:
      • Business license
      • Insurance documents
      • Specialty certificates
    2. Request an invitation to become an approved vendor here, or through the Activation link that was sent to you.
    3. Review the info & click “submit”.
  • For U.S. compliance requirements, please review the Grand Peaks New Supplier Packet. Suppliers must have an “Approved” status with our compliance program in order to work with Grand Peaks’ communities.
