Nick Simpson
Co-Chief Executive Officer
Nick Simpson co-founded Grand Peaks Properties in 2003 and currently serves as Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Simpson oversees the national acquisition platform, investment strategy, and the integration of the investment team’s business plans with the property management company. Nick has built his industry knowledge from the ground up dating back to 1989 with direct onsite experience leasing, working maintenance, and now as President of Grand Peaks. He has worked for Great West Management in the operations department and Azimuth Properties overseeing renovation activity prior to founding Grand Peaks.
Mr. Simpson graduated from Metropolitan State College of Denver where he holds a Major in Aerospace Science and a Minor in Management. He currently resides in Greenwood Village, CO and operates out of the corporate office.
