Learning and Development Manager
Lori has over 16 years of experience in the multi-family industry and is responsible for the learning and development needs of on-site property operations and corporate property management team members. She is responsible for the company’s organizational development infrastructure, leadership development, global orientation and onboarding, diversity and inclusion, and performance management training programs. Prior to joining Grand Peaks, Lori was a National Trainer at Simpson Property Group. She has worked in various leadership positions both on-site and in the corporate office in leasing and training. Her career pivoted along the way to a stint as a real estate agent before returning to our industry.
