Bronson Eshleman

Senior Vice President of Accounting

Bronson has worked in real estate for over a decade, and is currently the Controller for Grand Peaks. He started his career with Jones Lang LaSalle as an AP Specialist while he went back to school and studied to get his CPA. Bronson moved over to be a Property Accountant until he took a position as an Internal Auditor. He eventually left JLL to become an Audit Manager for a REIT.

Bronson decided to uproot and move to Colorado in 2016 before finding his most recent position at the Colorado Coalition for the Homeless where he had been for over four years. He was hired as the Property Accounting Manager overseeing a portfolio of over 20 properties with over 2000 units. Bronson quickly moved into a Director role where he spent the past three years overseeing the annual audits and full-cycle accounting for not only the properties and our development projects, but also the non-profit side of the organization with annual revenue of over $100 million.

Bronson was born and raised in the Chicago area and graduated from the University of Illinois. While he is a CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner, his bachelor’s degree is actually in Psychology. He is a big sports fan and loves Chicago teams. He loves to hike and has two dogs named Josie and Shakira.
