Arabella Navarro serves as the Managing Director of Investments. Arabella’s track record includes cross-border real estate investments between the United States and Europe in NPL and REO portfolios valued upwards of $1BN, including repositionings, historic rehabilitation, multi-family ground-up development, and wips/value-add. Operationally, Arabella engaged in capital raising with institutional and private clients, as well as, international investment structuring, debt sourcing and negotiation, and asset management functions.
Arabella holds a Doctorate in Jurisprudence from the Mississippi College School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Georgia State University. She is fluent in both English and Spanish and has a working proficiency in Catalan.
